​​Based in Washington State, AJ Richardson Construction was created with 30+ years of construction experience. Our expertise comes from skills in pre-construction planning and design, extensive remodeling experience, and mastery of multi-site project management.

We work with a highly qualified team of consultants and subcontractors to ensure AJ Richardson Construction produces superior quality projects – every time.  

We are extremely experienced with the challenges of remodeling in occupied spaces and our crews are known for their attention to detail, as well as the ability to work around any business operation. We work with your corporate venders as well as our local suppliers to fast track all of our projects.
